Clinton serves wedges and chips with tomato sauce and sour cream.

Have a teleport destination in a small copse outside the coastal city. Implement disc travel protocol.

House Rule: The caster of Master Earth must know the destination reasonably well and be able to narrow it down to a unique location. A contemporary druid could use the spell to get to Paris because they have seen enough imagery to make the destination unique, but they may end up anywhere within the bounds of Paris. Seeing an area through a scrying mirror is enough to fully describe a unique destination for purposes of this spell.

fly at 200' agl and follow the road. Head towards branch on the map. See a very small town at branch. tr and ro interested in stopping and learning about the road ahead. ari not so much. She thinks Harkon sounds much more interesting.

Land before. vio-bird, cal and har remain behind as the others head towards the town. It is little more than three buildings. A place of gathering for the farmers in the area. ari keeps going on about how boring it looks. There are a couple of people on the road. One building has a sign saying "Inn" in common. The other has signage that says "Office".

Go to the inn. ro gets the bartender's attention - an elderly man. He seems startled. bt We don't get many travellers here. ari What a surprise… bt How can I help? ro Two things: a round of ale for my friends, and the name of your town. bt I can do that for you. This is Tanil. He pours ale. ro Small town? bt Have you been outside? Usually we get people in at night, not during the day. This is working hours for most. tr What do people do around here? bt Most are farmers. ro What lies ahead on the road to the east? bt That is outside of Falador lands. We don't get many people from there and we don't go there ourselves. tr Why not? bt We don't associate with people there. ro Are you at war? bt Not at the moment. ro How long has it been? bt Since our last war? Just under a year. Do you need a place to sleep? ro No. But you don't know of any townships further along the road? bt Not specifically. I think there is a town further along, but its name escapes me. ro What towns do you know in Falador? bt gives the names of a few; ro gets him to annotate their map. The Jaws of Grinon is a mountain range that crosses the majority of this continent.

ro gives the bt a silver piece for his trouble, they finish their drinks then move on. ari Well that was just… fascinating. Terribly useful about where we're going. ro ari, now we know that they are in conflict with their neighbours. We know to be on our guard. We are not worse off and it didn't cost us much.

Go get har and the others and continue on the road to the east, by air. The forest starts encroaching upon the road and it becomes difficult to follow from the air.

Land and continue on foot. It starts getting dark. The party believe they have definitely crossed the border at some point. Getting too dark. Stop. Forest quite thick and road thin, not enough room for ari's cottage. tr starts Aciding a tree to knock it over. The druids object. vio starts talking to one of the trees. comes back and turns back to a gnome. tells ro that there do not seem to be any clearings nearby but there is a large amount of 'liquid life' very close, offroad, underground.

ari suggests going back to Aquilla and staying in an inn. She doesn't want to sleep here if she can't stay in her cottage. She starts memorising the area so she can Teleport back. ro suggests Rope Trick. tr casts the spell and the party make preparations for the night. ari bemoans the lack of a bed. An hour passes. ari I'll see you in the morning. She Teleports back to Aquilla and finds an inn to stay the night.

Others light a fire for the evening meal. Set three watch periods and settle in for the night.

On the third watch with tr and lio, both hear faint yelling in another language. lio listens hard so he might recognise it again. It soon stops and nothing else happens.

In the morning they tell the others. lio repeats the noises he heard but no one recognises the language.

ari eventually returns, hair done and dyed red. ari How is everyone? ro Fine. tr Those people were interesting, weren't they? ari What people? tr The people that came by. But never mind, shall we continue? ari No, tell me about these people! lio tells ari about the noises in the night.

Carry on. tr and lio notice some people off in the distance running around in the woods to the left of their path. Point it out so the others see. There are more of them than the party. They seem to be parallelling the road going in the opposite direction to the party. Around 100'-150' away. vio offers to make the party hard to spot, if that is what they want. ro asks her to keep it ready. lio checks for tracks. The 'road' they are following is merely trodden earth. No one seems to have passed here in the past couple of days. ro Let's continue on our way, not trying to hide. I see no reason to go off the road after them. ari Why not? They might know something that we need to know about where we're going… These people are probably more interesting than those silly townspeople. ro Are you intentionally trying to be abrasive? Because I don't appreciate it. ari I'm not being any more abrasive than you are being boring!

Hear the other group yelling, then they change course and run towards the party. ari casts Tongues on herself.
